Australia's GLI Completes Takeover Deal of iTech Labs' Shares

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has announced the complete purchase of outstanding shares of iTech Global, an independent lab for testing mobile casino games. As per the Asia Gaming Brief report, the takeover saw GLI's branch in Australia take complete ownership of iTech Labs, attaining full ownership of iTech Global. This makes iTech Labs a subsidiary of the Australian enterprise that offers game-testing services to mobile casino apps and regulatory authorities.

iTech Labs joins GLI with a wealth of experience, having been providing game-testing services in the industry since 2004. The company tests and certifies nearly all types of mobile casino games. iTech Labs has an expansive network, including the regulated markets in Italy and the United Kingdom.

In an official press release, GLI indicated that iTech Labs has highly qualified personnel to perform comprehensive testing and deliver accurate reports to its company. This staff is also credited for their input towards creating Australian Internet Gaming Standards. GLI adds that iTech Labs will continue operating its worldwide testing centers autonomously while coordinating its operations with GLI's international activities. 

GLI is confident that the recent acquisition of iTech Labs will benefit both companies. The company believes that iTech's customers will be satisfied by GLI's international network of laboratories and also exploit the company's consultancy business associations with global regulators. This extended customer base is expected to catalyze the expansion of these game-testing companies.
