Bingo is an easy and engaging game to play. To start playing, all a player needs to do is purchase a bingo card, which may be called a ticket or card. Each card features a unique set of numbers arranged in a 5x5 grid. At the top of the card, a player will find the phrase āFree space,ā which marks the central square of the card. In bingo, numbers between 1 and 75 are randomly drawn and announced by a caller. As the caller announces each number, the cardholder must mark the space that corresponds to the number called. Once a cardholder has marked five numbers in a row, horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, they are expected to call out āBingo!ā
If multiple participants have completed a Bingo card at the same time, the winner is determined based on the order in which their numbers were called. For example, if a caller announces a number and both players mark it, the player who marked it first wins.
