888, a leading mobile casino operator, and Nuvei, a Canadian fintech company, have announced an exciting partnership deal. The agreement will strengthen the operator's payment options in the burgeoning US iGaming area.

888, which runs popular mobile casinos like 888 Casino, Mr Green, and 777 Casino, will harness Nuvei's cutting-edge technology platform. Some of the benefits that come with the Nuvei agreement include:

  • Extensive card-acquiring capabilities
  • Instantaneous bank-to-bank transfers
  • Profound understanding of iGaming markets in the United States

Nuvei has extended its long-standing global alliance with 888 to promote its growth in the USA. The aim is to enhance the player banking experience at the operator's mobile casino apps.

Through this partnership, 888 can facilitate deposits and withdrawals via bank cards or with Nuvei Instant Bank Transfer. This is the first payment method in the US's iGaming industry to enable quick account-to-account deposits and payouts.

Since 2017, Nuvei has been offering payment services to 888 in several European jurisdictions. The US deal is the second in North America after a similar partnership in Ontario, Canada - the regulated iGaming market of the country since April 2022.

888 Vice President of US Marketing, Noam Klivitzky, commented that enabling players to transact seamlessly and securely is vital to the overall experience on the platform.

He added:

“At 888 we're committed to offering the most comprehensive iGaming experience in the market, so we're excited to add Nuvei's card acquiring capabilities alongside its Instant Bank Transfer solution. Nuvei has a rich heritage of enabling iGaming operators to maximize their payments' performance in regulated markets across the globe.”

On their part, Nuvei's Chair and CEO, Philip Fayer, said the company is thrilled to continue expanding its relationship with 888 Holdings in the US and beyond.

Fayer continued:

“Instant, convenient, and secure deposits and payouts are critical to winning players in the rapidly expanding US iGaming landscape. Optimizing card payment acceptance is a key component of the cashier experience, and Nuvei has decades of experience supporting operators maximize their revenue growth.”

This announcement further illustrates 888 Holding's commitment to providing top-quality iGaming experiences. In late July, the company inked a distribution deal with Bragg Gaming to provide the supplier's content in the United Kingdom, Denmark, Italy, and Sweden. In 2022, 888 and Pragmatic Play signed an agreement to offer the developer's live dealer games.
