Three Card Poker is a card game variant of poker which is played using only three cards. The game is played between the dealer and the players, and the players can make an Ante bet and an optional side bet called "Pair Plus" bet. The game starts with the players placing their Ante bet before the cards are dealt. The players are then dealt three cards face down while the dealer receives three cards face down. After the players have seen their cards, they can make one of the following decisions:
- Fold their hand and lose their Ante bet
- Play their hand by making an additional Play bet which is equal to twice the amount of their Ante bet
If the players choose to Play, the dealer's hand will be revealed and compared with the players' hands. If the dealer does not have a minimum of a Queen high card, the Play will win even money and the Ante bet will be paid out according to the Ante pay-table. If the dealer does have a Queen high card or better, the hands will be compared to determine the winner. In this situation, the Play bet will be paid according to the Play pay-table and the Ante bet will be paid according to the Ante pay-table.
