Three Card Poker, also known as Tri Card Poker, is a fast-paced and straightforward poker variation that can be found at numerous mobile casinos in Uruguay. It is played with a standard 52-card deck and requires the player to make the best possible three-card poker hand from their dealt hand. The game begins with the player placing an ante bet. Following this, three cards are dealt to the player and the dealer; both the player’s and dealer’s hands are compared to determine a winner.
To win, the player’s hand must beat the dealer’s; however, if the dealer’s hand fails to qualify, the player will still win and will be paid 1/1 on the ante. The player can also opt to fold, surrendering the ante wager.
If the dealer does qualify, the player must beat the dealer’s hand in order to win. In this case, the player will be paid 1/1 on the ante and also receive a bonus payout that varies depending on the strength of their hand. The bonus payouts are as follows:
- Straight Flush: 5/1
- Three-of-a-kind: 4/1
- Straight: 1/1
