The rules of Three-Card Poker are simple and easy to learn for beginners. It is a variant of the game found in most online casinos and mobile casinos in Cyprus. Essentially, the game has two main sections: the Ante and Play.
The player starts by making an Ante wager before any cards are dealt. After the Ante bet is placed, the dealer deals three cards face-up to the player and three face-down to him/herself. The dealer then evaluates the player’s hand. If the dealer’s hand does not qualify, the player’s Ante bet wins. If the dealer’s hand qualifies, the player’s hand must outrank the dealer’s hand to win. If this is not the case, the dealer wins both the Ante and Play bets.
If the player decides to make a Play bet, it must be equal to the Ante bet. Once this is done, the player’s and the dealer’s hands are compared. If the player’s hand ranks higher, the player is paid a 1:1 payout on their Play bet. If the dealer’s hand ranks higher, the player loses both the Ante and Play bets.
