Roulette is a type of casino game where the players place bets on either numbers, colors, or both. The croupier then spins a ball in a wheel and the bet is resolved depending on where the ball stops. In the Iraqi version of roulette, there are two main types of roulette: single-zero wheels, and double-zero wheels. The single-zero wheels have 37 numbers and the double-zero wheels have 38 numbers. The rules for each version are slightly different.
In single-zero wheels, players can bet on any number from 0-36. Bets can also be placed on any combination of numbers, or on colors. Players have the option to bet on the inside numbers, which are numbers 0-36, or the outside numbers, which are the colors black and red. Payouts are resolved after the ball is spun and stops on a number or color.
In double-zero wheels, players can bet on any number from 0-38. There are also outside and inside bets for this version of the game. The payouts are resolved in a similar way.
