Punto Banco, also known as Baccarat, is a popular card game in Italian casino circles. Originally from Italy, it's now available at most Italian mobile casinos. In Punto Banco, the aim is to bet on whether the âplayerâ or âbankerâ hand wins, or if they end in a tie.
The game starts with each of the two sides being dealt two cards. The third card is then dealt based on either sideâs total. If the total is 8 or 9, itâs called a ânaturalâ and the round is over. If the total is 5 or less, the âplayerâ must draw a third card. If the total is 6 or 7, the âbankerâ must stand. Once all the cards have been dealt, the hand with the highest total wins.
