Poker is a classic card game played with a standard 52-card deck. The main objective of the game is to win the pot by either having the best-ranked poker hand or by forcing other players to fold their cards. Swedish players can experience the thrill of poker on their smartphones or tablets anytime and anywhere.
When playing poker on mobile devices, the game follows the same basic rules as the traditional table version. The playing field typically consists of five players, although some online poker apps offer variations with fewer players. Each player is dealt two cards face down, known as the hole cards, at the beginning of the game. During the pre-flop and post-flop stages, three community cards are dealt and shared among all the players. During the turn and river stages, two more community cards are dealt. In poker, players make their bets in a clockwise direction beginning with the player to the left of the dealer. The amount of bets is determined by the blinds, which correspond to the small and big blinds that are placed before the cards are dealt. At the end of each round of betting, players must reveal their hands to decide the winner.
