Pai Gow is a classic game originating from Ancient China. It was adapted to the online and mobile casino experience and is now a popular and widely available game in Sri Lanka. Pai Gow for mobile is a two-player game, however, most online and mobile versions also include a multiplayer option with the game's 'banker'.
The main goal of Pai Gow is to beat the banker or opponent. Each player is dealt 4 tiles and must separate them into 2 hands—a back hand of two tiles and a front hand with three tiles. The objective is to form the highest-ranking front and back hands out of the 4 tiles. For a front hand, the highest-ranking combination is a three-of-a-kind of the same numerical value. The same applies for the back hand, and the remaining tile will be placed in the back hand. After the hands have been created, the opponent’s and the banker’s hands are compared to determine the winner.
