Pai Gow is a dominoes style game where players bet on the outcome of arranging a combination of tiles. Each player, including the dealer, is dealt a hand of tiles. Players have to beat the value of the dealer's hand and accordingly have to be strategic and calculating when choosing to challenge the dealer.
