Pai Gow is a traditional domino-based table game which originated in China centuries ago. It has gained immense popularity in El Salvador and is now available as a mobile casino game. In the mobile version of this game, the player is dealt four dominoes, each composed of two halves. The goal is to form two hands out of the four dominoes: two hands of two tiles each. The first hand is a Low Hand and the second hand is a High Hand.
The rules for mobile Pai Gow require the Low Hand to be lower than the High Hand. The Low Hand must contain two tiles with a total of four pips or less. On the other hand, the High Hand needs to have two tiles where one of them has five or more pips. If the player's Low Hand is larger than the High Hand or the two hands are equal, then the player's formed hands are invalid and the bet is lost.
