Pai Gow is a traditional Chinese gambling game that was adapted for the western world. It is played with a standard 52-card deck and can either be played with four players or against the dealer. In Pai Gow, the dealer will deal all four players seven cards, and the players must arrange their cards into two hands of two and five cards.
The two hands are called the Front Hand (2 cards) and the Back Hand (5 cards). In the Front Hand, the player must create a pair and the remaining card cannot exceed eight. In the Back Hand, the player must make a five-card poker hand. The two hands must have respective values higher than the dealerās hands.
