The rules of Mobile Mahjong in Uzbekistan are relatively simple and straightforward. The goal of the game is to be the first player to form four sets and a pair or to form four sets and a pair with the highest value.
Each player is given 13 tiles from a pool of 144 tiles. On their turn, the player draws a tile from the pool and then attempts to form one of the four sets, which are Pons (a group of three identical tiles), Kongs (a group of four identical tiles), Chows (three tiles in numerical sequence) or Heads (a pair). The player also has the option of discarding a tile, which allows another player to collect the tile and complete their sets.
The game is finished when a player has collected four sets and a pair. All discarded tiles are placed in the center of the table for other players to collect.
