Dragon Tiger is a card game that involves two cards – one drawn for the Dragon and one for the Tiger. Players are asked to decide which of the two cards is higher. It is an easy and straightforward game that can be learnt and mastered quickly by players of any skill level.
To begin, players wager on whether the Dragon or the Tiger will have a higher rank card. The game only accepts two betting options – Dragon or Tiger. The card ranks are as follows: Ace (A) is the highest card, followed by King (K), Queen (Q), Jack (J), 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2, of which Ace is the highest rank.
When the wagers have been placed, the croupier will draw a card for the Dragon and another for the Tiger. If the Dragon’s card is higher than the Tiger’s card, players who bet on the Dragon will be paid 1 to 1. If the Tiger’s card is higher, players who bet on the Tiger will be paid 1 to 1. If both cards have the same rank, then the wager is considered a tie and remains in the pot.
