Craps is a popular dice game that’s usually played in a casino. Its rules vary between casinos, but a typical version of craps uses two dice. In the game, players make wagers on the outcome of the dice rolls. As in the desktop version, the mobile version of craps offers several different types of betting options, such as pass line, don’t pass, come, and don’t come bets.
Players begin a game by placing their bets in the “come out” roll. This is the first roll of the dice and determines whether the game starts and which players are the winners. If the outcome of the roll is a 7 or an 11, the game is over and the players who bet on the pass line win. However, if the outcome of the roll is a 2, 3 or a 12 - known as “craps” - the game is over and the players who bet on the don’t pass line win. Any other combination of numbers (4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10) result in a “point” and the game continues.
Subsequent rolls of the dice are referred to as “the point”, and the aim of the game is to roll the point number again before rolling a 7. If this happens the players who bet on the pass line win and if a 7 is rolled first, the players who bet on the don’t pass line win.
