The rules of the mobile version of craps in Uganda are generally the same as those of land-based craps. The game starts with the first roll of the shooter who is the player rolling the dice. Players must wager on the outcome of the roll. If the shooter rolls a seven or eleven on the come-out roll, then the pass-line bettors will win immediately. If the shooter rolls a two, three, or twelve, the pass-line bettors will lose. If the shooter rolls any other number, then that number is called the āpointā and the shooter must roll that number again to win the pass-line bet. If the shooter rolls a seven before rolling the point again, the pass-line bettors will lose.
In addition to the pass-line bettors, other players can also bet on other outcomes based on their own discretion. These bets are known as āproposition betsā, and they pay out differently depending on the bet and the outcome of the roll. All of these bets are available in mobile craps in Uganda.
