Blackjack is a popular casino game enjoyed around the world, including Zambia. It is a card game played between a dealer and up to 7 players. The aim of the game is to get as close to a score of 21 without exceeding it. In the Zambian mobile casino version of the game, the player can use one or two decks of fifty two cards. The suits of the cards do not matter, and the value of the ace card is either one or eleven. The face cards have a score of ten each.
The game begins with each player placing a bet. The dealer then deals two cards face up to each player, and two cards to himself, with one face up and the other face down. Players then take turns, and can either 'Hit' to receive an additional card, 'Stand' to keep the cards they have, 'Double' to double the bet and receive one additional card, 'Split' to divide their initial two cards into two separate hands, or 'Surrender' to forfeit half of the original bet. It is important to note that when 'Splitting' a pair of aces, only one additional card is dealt to each ace.
