Blackjack, commonly known as 21, is a popular card game offered in Kuwait mobile casinos. To begin the game the player needs to place a bet, after which two cards are dealt, facing up. The goal for the player is to get closer to a score of 21 with their cards than the dealer. If the player's score goes over 21, then they automatically lose the hand.
Card values are as follows: Ace is worth either one point or eleven, face cards are worth 10 points, and number cards are worth their face value. To hit means to receive another card, and to stand means to pass on receiving additional cards.
If the dealer's cards total 17 or more they must stop. The dealer also must draw if they have less than 17. If the player draws 21 with the first two cards they are dealt, they have blackjack and have won the game unless the dealer also has blackjack. If the game is a tie, a push results and the player's bet is returned.
Players can also split cards if their first two cards have the same value. The bet is doubled, and each card is played as its own hand. If an Ace is split, the player will only receive one additional card for each hand.
Players are free to double down, meaning they can double their bet and take only one additional card.
