In Tunisia, the traditional card game of Baccarat is available in both regular and mobile casino formats. The rules of the game are quite simple. Played with six-eight card decks, Baccarat pits the player against the dealer and involves the guess of which hand – the player’s or the dealer’s – will have the highest score.
To start the game, each player is given two cards. If the player’s two cards total to more than nine, the score is reduced by 10. For example, a seven and a five would total 12, meaning 2. If the player’s cards total to eight or nine, it’s known as a natural win and the cards are revealed.
If none of the player’s cards equal a natural win, the player can choose to hit and take one more card. If the player stands, the dealer draws the next card and compares the scores of the player and the dealer. The player's hand will win if it’s higher than the dealer’s, or if the dealer’s score is greater than 21.
