Casino typesThe Armenian dram is the official currency used in Armenia, and also Artsakh, an unrecognized state. It was first issued in 1993, following Armenia's break away from the Soviet Union. The money is issued in coins, which range between 10 and 500, and notes which range from 1000 to 50000. One dram is made of 100 luma.
